PPO/FFS Private Dental Practice Seeking Skilled Associate – Riverside, CA
We are a privately owned, high-tech dental practice in Riverside, CA, seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our team-oriented, growth-focused, and highly professional office.
We are a PPO and Fee-for-Service (FFS) practice with a strong emphasis on comprehensive care, clinical excellence, and building long-term patient relationships. Our modern office is fully digital, equipped with the latest technology, and supported by an experienced, competent clinical and administrative team. We are a multi-specialty practice focused on cosmetic dentistry, diagnostics, systemic health and full mouth reconstruction.
Ideal Candidate:
3+ years of clinical experience with strong diagnostic and treatment planning skills High clinical competency across general dentistry (restorative, crown & bridge, implants, etc.)
Strong work ethic, integrity, and ethical standards Confident and compassionate in managing patient care and building trust
Effective communicator with patients, staff, and colleagues
Goal-oriented and consistent in meeting production targets without compromising care
Team player who can lead and collaborate in a positive, professional environment Comfortable utilizing digital technology, CBCT, intraoral scanners, and other digital systemsWe Offer:
