Dental Hygienist - Enumclaw Dental Center - Enumclaw, WA

Position: Registered Dental Hygienist
Location: Enumclaw, WAType: Full-time or Part-timePay: $60.00 - $75.00 per hourSchedule:

Office hours: Monday-Wednesday, 7 am - 5 pm. 1 hour lunch.
Staff required to arrive at 6:15 am for morning preparations and huddle
Most staff average 30-33 hours per week, enjoying a 4-day weekend

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
Take and record radiographic images.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
Collaborate with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.
Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as per state and federal requirements.
Experience with Open Dental software and electronic health records.
Compassionate, patient-centric approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
