Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our orthodontic practice in South Orange County! In this role, you’ll guide new patients through their treatment journey—from the initial consultation to case acceptance—while providing an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities include greeting and educating new patients about treatment options, presenting financial plans, assisting with insurance coordination, supporting scheduling and follow-up care, and working closely with the doctor and team to ensure smooth case flow.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who is organized, positive, and reliable. Experience in orthodontics or dental is preferred, but not required.
