Job Description:
Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment.
Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays).
Record patient medical and dental histories.
Prepare patients for treatments and procedures.
Provide postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist.
Maintain and manage patient records.
Ensure the dental office is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Perform office management tasks as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) preferred.
Current CPR certification.
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
Understanding of health & safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Proficient in dental software (experience with Dentrix or similar is a plus).
Prior experience as a dental assistant is essential.
