Ankeny Dental Arts is looking to hire a Registered Dental Hygienist! We are a general family practice looking to expand our team. We strive to provide exceptional care in a welcoming environment. We are seeking someone who is reliable, professional and passionate about helping patients. Office hours are Mon - Thu 7:30 - 4:00, some Friday mornings available as well if interested.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings in medical records.
Provide comfortable and proficient prophies, periodontal maintenance and SRP.
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental care.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold aseptic techniques.
Utilize dental software systems and digital radiography
Collaborate with the dental team to deliver high-quality patient care in both general and pediatric dentistry settings.

Qualifications

Valid Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
CPR certification
Nitrous administration
Administration of anesthetic preferred, but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
