Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional preventive and therapeutic dental care
Educate patients on oral hygiene and its connection to overall health
Perform periodontal charting, fluoride treatments, and sealant applications
Capture and review digital X-rays with precision
Collaborate closely with the doctor and team to ensure seamless care
Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant patient records
Support and help refine office protocols for optimal efficiency
Uphold the highest standards of infection control and OSHA compliance

Qualifications:

Experience: No experience required – new graduates welcome!
Licensure: Active Maryland Dental Hygiene License & current CPR certification
Skills & Traits:
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
Natural leader aligned with the doctor’s vision
Excellent communicator and team player
Dentrix experience is a plus (not required)
Professional, polished, and committed to long-term growth
