Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Urbandale, IA

Job Summary
If you became a hygienist to make a differenceânot just stay 'clean teeth'âkeep reading.
Weâre an Advanced General Dentistry office, not a high-volume practice and we donât believe in assisted hygiene or selective scaling. We believe in presence, connection, and giving you the time and support to practice as a true healthcare provider.
We believe the mouth is an integral part of total-body wellness, and we know the dental hygienist plays a crucial and proactive role in that connection. We aim to empower our hygienists to be the healthcare providers we know they are.
We provide the tools, training, and support to help our hygienists thriveânot just survive. If youâre a health-centered provider with a desire to grow your career and help grow a practice rooted in wellness, we look forward to meeting you.
Weâre a private practice with one doctor, a modern facility, and a supportive, collaborative team. We consider ourselves progressive and use the latest technologies to serve our patients at the highest level (including salivary testing, supplements, microscopes and lasers if indicated). Our goal is to build long-lasting, value-driven relationships with every patient we see.
Our ideal candidate has a passion for dentistry, a desire to learn and grow (comfortable and curious about change), and a willingness to co-create personalized treatment plans that support both oral and overall wellness with the Doctor.
*While our hours are a huge perk, this role is about more than just the scheduleâweâre looking for someone whoâs passionate about patient care and being part of a purpose-driven team.

Experience
Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist in a clinical setting is preferred.
Familiarity with Dentrix or similar dental software systems is highly desirable.
