Job Title: Full-Time or Part-Time Dental Hygienist

Responsibilities:

Perform dental cleanings including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling, and root planing
Conduct initial oral health screenings and assessments
Update patients' oral health and medical histories accurately
Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Take dental x-rays and impressions
Administer local anesthesia as needed
Maintain and monitor dental equipment and supply inventory
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient charts and records

Requirements:

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of Nevada
In-depth knowledge of health, safety and infection control regulations in the dental profession (e.g., HIPAA)
Strong skills in preparing, using, and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient care
