Singer Endodontics is a state of the art endodontic office in Torrance. Our office staff creates a comforting atmosphere and an enjoyable experience for our patients. 

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, eager to learn, responsible, dependable, has an X-ray license and is cross trained with the back office. 

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for associates efficiently
• Insurance verification
• Par take in front office operations, including greeting patients and handling inquiries
• Provide excellent customer support, addressing patient needs and concerns promptly
• Post treatment and email final reports
• Assist with clerical duties and maintain patient records
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed
• Some marketing
• Seat patients and take radiographs/CBCT scans and collect patient information when needed
