Who We're Looking For

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to help patients feel comfortable and cared for during their dental visits. You should be organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and patient safety. Experience is preferred, but we are also open to motivated individuals who are quick learners and eager to grow in the dental field.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Support

  • Greet and prepare patients for dental procedures.

  • Provide comfort and reassurance to patients before, during, and after treatment.

  • Instruct patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.

• Chairside Assistance

  • Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.

  • Hand instruments and materials to the dentist.

  • Operate suction devices and keep the patient’s mouth dry and clear.

• Instrument & Equipment Preparation

  • Sterilize and disinfect dental instruments and equipment.

  • Set up trays and prepare instruments for procedures.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in treatment areas.

• Compliance and Safety

  • Follow OSHA and infection control protocols.

  • Maintain HIPAA compliance with patient confidentiality.

  • Keep updated with CPR and other required certifications.
