We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Dentist to join our dental practice in Folsom. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality dental care, commitment to patient satisfaction with strong and extended abilities in performing various dental procedures..
As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, performing procedures, and educating patients on oral health. This role requires a strong foundation in various dental disciplines and the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
All offices are Non-Managed Care accepting PPO and FFS patients only. We are currently accepting applications for part time associate dentist positions. Compensation is based on a percentage of production or a daily minimum guarantee amount, whichever is greater.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations to determine oral health needs.
Perform a variety of dental procedures including root canal therapy , oral surgery, and prosthodontics.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient treatments.
Collaborate with dental assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.
Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited institution.
Valid state dental license to practice dentistry.
Strong understanding of medical records management and medical documentation practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental clinic environment.
Commitment to continuing education and professional development in the field of dentistry.
