Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving results and building strong teams? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment? Our growing dental practice is seeking an experienced General Manager/Team Integrator to oversee and elevate all aspects of our office operations.
As the Team Integrator, you will be the strategic and operational backbone of our practice, ensuring smooth day-to-day performance while driving growth in patient volume, revenue, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Marketing

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones
Collaborate with the clinical team to enhance treatment plan acceptance
Build community relationships and referral networks to grow the brand
Website / CRM
Team Events

2. Operations Management

Lead, train, and support the entire team
Ensure seamless patient experiences
Oversee daily scheduling, patient flow, and operational efficiency
Monitor and improve key performance indicators

3. Finance & Administration

Manage office budgets, expenses, and financial reporting
Monitor collections and billing accuracy
Ensure compliance with dental industry regulations and office policies

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or dental
Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-building skills
Tech-savvy with experience using dental practice management software
MUST be willing to be coached, prioritize team UNITY, and a strong drive for SUCCESS
