Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care, ensuring the highest standards of oral health and hygiene. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, medical records, proficient work ethic, friendly disposition and a motivated attitude towards improving patient's oral health.
Duties

Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care.
Communicate with Doctors and patients alike to find best treatment solution for patients.
Review and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist in the examination process by taking X-rays and providing support during dental procedures.
Collaborate with the dental team to develop individualized patient care plans.
Stay current on advancements in dental hygiene practices and procedures to provide the best patient care possible.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with infection control protocols.

Requirements

Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
Proficiency in Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software is preferred.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, dental terminology, and pediatric dentistry practices.
Experience in a dental office setting is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for maintaining accurate documentation.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients to understand their unique problems.

Wage

Maximum daily wage is $500 per day based on the provider seeing 10 patients per day. (50$ per patient) We do not penalize for patients cancelling.
We offer Production Bonus for production made over provider baseline at 25%.
