Associate Dentist in Northwest Portland - Pettygrove Dental - Bend, OR

Our dental practice is looking for an associate to join us 3-4 days per week, with an opportunity for partnership or ownership for the right candidate. Ultimately Dr. Doran is looking to share this practice with a partner. This position would be ideal for someone looking to advance their clinical skills and find a long term place to practice with work/life balance. The owner dentist, Dr. Doran, started as an associate at this very practice.
Pettygrove Dental is a long established private office with a very loyal and friendly patient base. We perform a mix of general dentistry services along with Invisalign and cosmetic services. We work closely with our local specialists for our more complex cases. We have expanded our footprint in the office to include 7 total operatories to support our growing practice. We having a thriving hygiene schedule and run 12.5 columns of hygiene per week. The right candidate has a good work ethic and strong communication skills. Long term relationships with patients are the foundation of Pettygrove Dental, and the right candidate must be willing to take time to establish rapport with new and existing patients alike. An ideal candidate is interested furthering their dental expertise through continuing education and mentorship with your fellow dentists.
Our location in a converted home off NW 23rd near the growing Slabtown has us situated for continued growth in an already thriving neighborhood.
Applicants should have an Oregon Dental license and a minimum of 2 years clinical experience. Compensation is a daily minimum or a % of daily production, whichever is higher. 4 days per week would qualify you for 401k and medical benefits .
