Schedule (days/hours): Monday-Thursday 7AM-5PM, 1 Friday/Month: 7AM-12PM Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: Deliver exceptional preventive and therapeutic dental care to patients of all ages Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care strategies Build lasting relationships with patients and teammates Collaborate with a supportive team of dentists, assistants, and front office staff Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Wisconsin, Valid CPR Passion for patient care and education Strong communication and interpersonal skills A team player with a positive, proactive attitude Compensation: $38 - $45 per hour plus uncapped hygiene bonus incentive About: Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off (“PTO”), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
