We're a growing boutique implant and cosmetic practice seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with advanced surgical and cosmetic assisting experience to join our high-performing clinical team. In this role, you'll assist with full-arch implants, Snap-On dentures, All-on-4 conversions, and full-mouth cosmetic reconstructions.

We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Has 2+ years surgical/cosmetic experience (3-7 years total chairside)
- Is proficient in surgical setups, temporization, post-op care, and cosmetic material handling
- Understands guided surgery workflows, lab coordination, and digital systems like Dentrix (preferred) - Is a team player who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment
What You'll Be Doing:
- Chairside assistance for implant, cosmetic, and restorative procedures
- Prepare, review and manage smile design evaluations, medical clearances, treatment plans
- Obtain dental records, impressions, x-rays, bite registration, and intra/extraoral photos
- Communicate with labs and coordinate materials for cosmetic and implant cases
- Educate patients on treatment phases, consents, and pre-/post-op instructions
- Collaborate with the Doctors, front office, and treatment coordinator
- Ensure seamless patient experiences from consultation to completion
- Support the clinical team with room setups, sterilization, tray prep, and patient flow
