Dental Receptionist / Front Desk - North Scottsdale, AZ

Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk for an opportunity to join our dedicated team.

We are looking for Patient Relations Coordinator who can wear many hats for our Private Dental Office. We would prefer to have dental front office experience, but willing to train the right person.

We are open 4 days a week and average about 33-36 hours/week.

We pride ourselves on our great dental care and customer service because our patient health is important to us. We want our patients to feel comfortable the moment they walk through our doors.

The qualifications required are:
-Strong organizational skills
-Knows all dental insurances, Insurance eligibility verification, Dental Insurance billing knowledge
-Presentation in treatment plans and gets them scheduled without hesitation with Financial Arrangements
-Submitting dental claims
-A/R
-Accurately collected and recorded patient medical and dental histories.
-Scheduling appointments
-End of day reports and deposits
-Calling patients who are due for recare
-Answering phones-Proper phone etiquette
-Morning meeting preparation
-Helping the back office when needed
-Sharp problem solver
-HIPAA compliance
-knowledge in Financing with Care Credit
