- Insurance verification and checking eligibility
- Check in and Check out patient
- Collect patient portion
- Present Treatment plan
- Schedule patient for Treatment
- Recare calls
- Confirmation calls
- communication with patients through office messaging system
- communication with specialty offices
- Checking emails
- Keeping the schedule busy
- Sending Pre-authorization
- Sending claims
- Appeal Claims
- Posting payments
Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, and Fri
