Silverdale Dental Center is hiring a full-time Registered Dental Hygienist. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and friendly, provide superior customer service, and possess excellent time management and relationship-building skills. Each hygiene operatory is outfitted with a piezo and Cavitron unit, digital x-rays, high volume suction, intraoral camera and AI technology. Our office has the latest technology such as multiple iTero digital impression units, multiple lasers, medical grade air filters, and a CBCT scanner.
We have dental assistants available to help seat patients and take x-rays to ensure each appointment runs smoothly and on time. We have a dedicated sterilization team to help turn rooms over and sterilize your instruments.
While industry trends are reducing appointments times for hygiene, we remain committed to the patient experience and will continue to support a 60-minute prophy appointment business model.
Compensation and Benefits for the Registered Dental Hygienist:
· $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
· Hourly compensation: $62.00 – 70.00 per hour supported by a hygiene bonus program. Highly motivated hygienists can easily earn $75.00 per hour with this bonus structure.

Schedule:
Office is open Monday – Friday from 7:30-5:00 and Saturdays 8:00-2:00. We are hiring full-time or part time positions.
Experience:
While we prefer a minimum of 1 year prior hygiene experience, we will consider new graduates.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $62.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
