OUR OFFICE: Our general practice, Barnes Dental, in SW Portland is "THE neighborhood dental office." We are hiring a hygienist for our patient-centered and family-friendly dental office.
The person we hire must be passionate about the job and the patients. New grads and experienced hygienists are welcome to apply. As a Dental Hygienist in our practice, you will play a vital role in providing quality oral healthcare to our patients.
Our office is small, and we are a family. The dentist has practiced for 25 years, and the office manager and team have all been with our practice for many years.

Responsibilities
- Perform all dental hygiene procedures
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and health instructions
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed
- Assist the dentist when needed
- Maintain accurate patient records at all times
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment
- Team player
