This Saturday-only role is ideal for professionals who want to contribute meaningfully to patient care while maintaining flexibility in their schedules.
Position Highlights

Provide dental services to children and adults in a patient-focused environment
Collaborate with a team that values compassion, quality care, and professional growth
Participate in morning huddles, celebrate team successes, and lead by example
Work with a patient population that is 70% pediatric and up to 30% adult
Take part in community outreach and promote positive healthcare experiences

Practice Environment

Technology & Tools:
DentaPro software
Digital X-rays and Panorex units
Fiber-optic handpieces
Support Team:
1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider
Daily Flow:
10–12 operative patients
20–25 hygiene patients
Patient Base:
Primarily ages 3–21, with some adult care
Mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Qualifications

DDS/DMD from an ADA-accredited dental school
Current license to practice dentistry or eligibility for licensure
CPR certification; DEA license as required
Nitrous Oxide certification (if practicing in LA, MS, DC, TX, or MA)
Passion for working with children and underserved communities
