Position Highlights: $49.10-$60.76/hour DOE $8,000.00 Hiring Bonus Structure: At Hire: $2,400.00 At 180 days (6 months): $3,200.00 At 12 months: $2,400.00 Bonus will be pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE) Additional pay for your bilingual skills! What You’ll Do: Conduct patient X-ray procedures and store X-rays Complete periodontal charting and prepare tools for Provider exams Perform preventative periodontal care and assist with restorations Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide Provide oral hygiene education and formulate treatment plans Support infection control program and provide input for clinic efficiency improvements May participate in the development, implementation, and coordination of dental education programs provided inside and outside the organization Qualifications: Graduation from a Dental Hygiene school Active WA State Dental Hygiene license or Limited Dental Hygiene License CPR certification within 90 days of hire Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred at level 10 Knowledge of standard dental practices and current hygiene concepts Skilled in dental anesthesia and restorative procedures Ability to interact professionally with patients and colleagues of all ages Effective time management and resource utilization to efficiently complete work within set deadlines High level of dexterity and coordination Basic proficiency with Electronic Dental Records, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Our Mission Statement “Together we transform our communities through compassionate, individualized care, eliminating barriers to health and well-being.” Our mission celebrates inclusivity.
