Growing and Dynamic Family-Owned Dental Practice Seeking Dental Hygienist. Our office is comprised of compassionate professionals who provide exceptional dental care with integrity. We are a high-tech and paperless office. Our office runs Mon/Thurs 7 AM-3:30 PM and Tues/Wed 8 AM-5 PM. We value our team members - there are a lot of benefits to working at such an amazing office! We are looking for a positive, friendly and capable clinician. Responsibilities include improving periodontal health, while cultivating relationships with patients. The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and attributes: Dental Hygiene License. Experience with Eaglesoft Practice Management Software (preferred, not required). Ready and available professional references from previous employers and coworkers to affirm your integrity and ethical standards. Team mentality and ability to adapt to office policy improvements (office is constantly striving for enhanced patient care/service). Conflict resolution experience. We like to get along, and we love our patients and our team. We are looking for someone who can spot a potential problem and resolve it before it becomes an issue. Detail-oriented and the ability to see room for improvement within one's own performance. Working collaboratively with patients and dentists to improve oral health.
