Job SummaryOur front office team play a key role in the team’s ability to deliver high standards of patient care, you will need to be able to:

Put together and present treatment plans successfully
Understand and communicate dental procedures and needs
Schedule patient appointments
Post completed treatment and collect patient copays
Assist with billing and account receivables
Assist with incoming/outgoing calls

Beyond the technical requirements you should be able to:

Good communication skills
Strong attention to detail
