Location : Murfreesboro, TN. Schedule : Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. Compensation : Competitive pay based on experience, 401K and PTO. We are a well-established, one-doctor private dental practice seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team. Our practice provides high-quality care in a warm, patient-focused environment, and we are looking for a dedicated professional to help us continue delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal treatments. Take X-rays. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices. Provide patient care using the latest dental technologies and techniques. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Qualifications: We are open to a new graduate who is willing and ready to learn! Active dental hygiene license in TN. Certification in Local Anesthesia. Laser certification is a plus, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a small, cohesive team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort.
