5 Star PPO / FFS Irvine Office looking for a 3 Day Associate

We are a thriving and growing PPO GP office in South Orange County. We are committed to providing exceptional oral healthcare services in a General Practice Setting.  We are seeking a dedicated and ethical Part-Time Associate Dentist to join our team. This role is perfect for a dentist who values patient-first care and is looking to practice dentistry in a supportive and mentorship-driven environment. Due to so many new PPO/FFS patients, there is a lot of room for growth. We are a NO sales office. If we provide a great experience, the sales will follow.  

Job Details 

• Compensation: $700 Minimum or 30% of Net Production (whichever is higher) 

• Schedule: 3 Days (Specific Days TBD), can add more days later.  

 
What we bring: 

• New Office with a strong RDA support team 

• Technology enabled office (including Trios 5 Scanner) 

• Lots of New Patients (60-90 NPs per month) - PPO and FFS only

• Bread and Butter dentistry to start, and ability to expand your skill set 

• Work side by side with Owner Dentist  

• Mentorship - Owner Dentist is ex-Dental school faculty and loves to teach 

• Potential ability to add days in the future   
• 2 Full Hygiene Columns daily

What you bring: 

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories and monitoring vital signs. 

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including crown, exams, fillings, extractions, and other general dentistry procedures. Expertly deliver local anesthesia when required.  

• Use dental imaging techniques to identify and diagnose dental conditions. 

• Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction by delivering compassionate and ethical dental care. 

• Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety.  

• Utilize office software to accurately document patient records and treatment plans. 

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventive care. 

• Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with the latest dental practices and technologies. 

• Foster a positive and supportive environment for patients and staff.
