We are a thriving private dental practice seeking a skilled and dedicated General Dentist to join our growing team. The position is available in different HMC Locations: HMC Winter Haven- 205 First Street STE 101-102 Winter Haven, FL 33880 Job Requirements: Proficiency in medical terminology and dental procedures Strong knowledge of infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations Experience working with electronic health record systems such as Open Dental (or similar type of software) Ability to assess and monitor patient vital signs during procedures Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and communicate with patients Bilingual (Fluent in Spanish and English) Must have current State and DEA dental license for Florida Malpractice DDS/DMD from an Accredited school in the US. Minimum 2 - 5 years general dentistry experience Adhering to infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with medical coding systems Performing dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, dentures, crowns, implants and root canals Administering anesthetics and monitoring patients during procedures Educating patients on oral health care and preventive measures Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests such as X-rays and CT scan Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
