Responsibilities
- Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including implant surgeries, full mouth rehabilitations, surgical extractions, endodontics and orthodontics amongst others.
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques.
- Take and record vital signs of patients prior to treatment.
- Manage patient flow and ensure a comfortable experience for all patients.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Operate intraoral scanners (Primescan and iTero) for imaging as required during procedures.
- Educate patients on postoperative care and general oral hygiene practices.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
