Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person to join our exceptional team-oriented staff and doctor in providing the highest quality of services and care to our patients in our dental practice. This is a full time position Monday-Friday.

Qualifications & Skills:

-Excellent phone and language skills (both written and verbal)
-Strong interpersonal skills

-Computer literacy

-Ability to multi-task, be highly organized and detail oriented

-Maintain and adjust schedule to meet daily production goals

-Communicate effectively with referring doctors’ offices

-Greet patients in a professional manner immediately upon arrival

-Collect fees from patients upon departure

-Knowledge of dental terminology a plus, but not required
