Better Way Dental is a small, family-run dental office looking for a friendly and dependable Dental Assistant to join our team! Our practice is built on trust, care, and long-term relationships with our patients, and weâre looking for someone who shares those values. What youâll do: Assist the dentist chairside during procedures Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms Take X-rays, polish teethm and maintain accurate patient records Support patients by helping them feel comfortable and cared for Contribute to the smooth day-to-day flow of the office What weâre looking for: Current Washington State Dental Assistant Registration (RDA) or the ability to obtain upon hire Strong communication and teamwork skills A positive, can-do attitude and attention to detail No prior dental experience required â just a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn!
