The Opportunity Echo Glen’s Dental Clinic is a three-chair practice serving youth who rarely get access to consistent, quality care. As our Dental Hygienist, you’ll work alongside a supportive dentist while having the autonomy to shape day-to-day clinic operations. This is meaningful, hands-on work that blends clinical skill with compassion for underserved youth. What You’ll Do Provide high-quality dental hygiene services including x-rays, scaling, fluoride treatments, and sealants. Educate youth on oral health, nutrition, and prevention. Manage daily clinic flow, records, and scheduling of off-site consults and repairs. Triage urgent dental needs with the dentist or contracted specialists. With Additional Certification, You Can Also: Administer anesthetics, place/remove restorations, polish composites and amalgams, and more. What We’re Looking For Washington State Dental Hygienist license. 2+ years of professional experience. Dedication to equity, inclusion, and respectful care.
