Rise Dental is a privately owned, wellness-focused studio opening this summer. We’re not corporate. Our mission is to deliver wellness-driven, relationship-centered care powered by modern technology and clear communication. This role is about more than “answering phones.” You’ll be shaping patient experiences, streamlining workflows, and helping build systems that will grow with the practice. Why Join Rise? Some days we work straight through lunch (with full pay and an earlier finish), while other days may extend until 5 PM. Once a week, we may start early or stay later (7 AM–7 PM) to serve patients. This is a set part of our model, and every team member is fully compensated for their time. What You’ll Do Be the first and last impression — welcoming patients, answering phones, and managing digital communications Manage daily schedule, patient check-in/out, and paperwork Verify insurance, process pre-authorizations, post payments, and follow up on billing Present treatment plans clearly and confidently, helping patients understand options and next steps Support marketing outreach: referrals, follow-ups, community events, and growth projects with the owner Pilot AI and automation tools to streamline operations and improve patient experience Assist with admin projects and back-office support to keep the practice running smoothly Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a smart, detail-loving, growth-oriented Patient Care Coordinator with a great personality to help launch Rise Dental. The right person is: Meticulous with details and scheduling Warm, professional, and great with people (think high emotional intelligence) Experienced in dental front office (2+ years preferred) Comfortable with insurance verification, billing, and treatment-plan presentation Great multi-tasker — calm under pressure, strong with follow-through Warm, clear communicator who builds trust easily Excited to support not only the clinical team, but also the owner with admin projects and business growth initiatives If you thrive on responsibility, love creating order, and want to be part of something new and different, you’ll fit right in.
