Dental Hygienist - Allison Jarrett, DDS, PLLC - Charleston, WV

Responsibilities: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth - Take and develop dental x-rays - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide oral health instructions - Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed - Assist the dentist during dental procedures - Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft, Epic, Dentrix, or other dental software systems - Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment Requirements: - Valid state dental hygiene license - Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program - Proficiency in using Eaglesoft, Epic, Dentrix, or other dental software systems - Knowledge of medical coding for dental procedures - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
