Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, energetic and cheerful Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate is a team player willing to learn new technology and grow with us! Our assistants provide a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care during routine visits as well as surgery and intricate prosthodontic care, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As a Dental Assistant, you will work closely with dentists and other healthcare professionals in support with all day to day activities and enhance the patient experience. Duties Assist dentists during examinations , restorative procedures and surgeries. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with safety protocols. Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed. Maintain accurate medical records and patient charts, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Monitor vital signs and assist in managing patient comfort during treatments. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow within the practice. Utilize our dental software system, CareStack, for scheduling appointments and managing patient information. Experience Although an ideal candidate would have prior experience, we also understand the benefits in working with someone that may need more guidance with becoming a vital team member dental assistant.
