Position Summary We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant who not only knows the technical side of dentistry but also thrives in a fast-moving environment. The right candidate will be dependable, motivated, and able to handle tasks quickly and accurately. Responsibilities Chairside assisting for a variety of dental procedures (general, cosmetic, restorative, surgical) Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments Taking and processing digital X-rays and impressions Accurately charting and maintaining patient records Supporting the dentist and team to keep the schedule running smoothly Helping with patient comfort, education, and post-op instructions Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment MOST IMPORTANT CRITERIA: Grit and hard-working attitude are more important than talent and skills!!
