Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment following aseptic techniques. Take X-rays and perform medical imaging as required, adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate medical records and manage patient information efficiently. Educate patients on pre and post-operative care instructions. Assist in various General Dental scenarios. Requirements Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is preferred- at minimum 2 years experience. Familiarity with dental assisting practices, including knowledge of X-ray techniques and imaging. X-ray certification for Indiana is required. Understanding of infection control protocols is ESSENTIAL. A passion for providing excellent patient care in a fast-paced environment is crucial for success in this role.
