Treating airway and sleep-disordered breathing issues, and playing a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care. This position involves providing a full range of services—from routine exams and cleanings to more advanced treatments—while collaborating closely with our skilled dental team. We’re looking for an associate who not only upholds our high standards of clinical excellence but also builds lasting patient relationships and contributes to a positive, team-oriented culture. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and patient-centered treatment planning Provide general dentistry services, including cleanings, composite tooth-colored fillings, crowns, bridges, and simple extractions Deliver cosmetic procedures such as teeth whitening, porcelain veneers, dental bonding, and Invisalign Conduct preventive care services, including fluoride treatments, sealants, oral cancer screenings, and hygiene education Restore implant-supported crowns, veneers and bridges. Utilize advanced diagnostics including digital radiography and intraoral camera technology to diagnose and treat Sleep Disordered Breathing Clearly communicate findings and treatment options to patients, ensuring comfort, trust, and understanding Collaborate effectively with the clinical and front office teams to deliver seamless, high-quality care Stay current through continuing education and promote evidence-based care Qualifications DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active dental license in Florida, or willingness to obtain. 3+ years of clinical experience, preferred Strong interest to learn and grow in the field of Airway Dentistry Proficiency in general dentistry; comfort with cosmetic and restorative procedures is a plus Ability to work with both children and adults.
