Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Join Our Modern, Growing Practice! Carlsbad CA| Full-Time 32 hours per week We are a state-of-the-art general dental practice seeking an experienced and reliable Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our friendly team! What You’ll Do: Greet and prepare patients for treatment Assist the dentist with 4-handed dentistry Set up, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment Take and design Cerec scans Provide oral hygiene and post-op care instructions Perform lab tasks as needed Schedule appointments and help with front-desk duties Maintain accurate patient records and assist with payments What We’re Looking For: Active RDA license (Required) Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization protocols Familiarity with Cerec scanning (preferred) Eaglesoft experience (preferred) Coronal polishing certification (a plus) Excellent communication and organizational skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player Why Join Us?
