Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring all documentation is complete, up-to-date and HIPAA compliant. Adhere to infection control protocols for a safe environment. Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Perform dental cleanings and apply preventive materials such as sealants and fluoride. Collaborate and communicate with the entire dental team to enhance patient care and improve office efficiency.
