Are you a North Carolinaâcertified Dental Assistant II (DA II) who enjoys using your expanded functions in a supportive, patient-centered practice? What Youâll Do Assist dentists chairside during a wide range of procedures while ensuring patient comfort Perform DA II expanded functions in accordance with North Carolina regulations Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments following strict infection control and OSHA standards Take high-quality digital dental radiographs Accurately record patient histories, vital signs, and clinical notes Document treatment and manage patient records using EagleSoft Educate patients on oral hygiene, procedures, and post-treatment care Operate 3D scanners and support modern digital workflows Assist with pediatric dentistry, helping create calm, positive experiences Support prosthodontic and specialty procedures as needed Provide occasional front office or scheduling support (cross-training a plus) What You Bring Current North Carolina Dental Assistant II (DA II) certification (required) Completion of required NC DA II radiography and infection control training Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and materials Confidence with digital X-rays, charting, and clinical documentation Experience monitoring and recording vital signs Solid understanding of infection control, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines Familiarity with EagleSoft (preferred) Experience with 3D scanning technology (a plus) Prosthodontic experience is a bonus, but not required A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset Why Join Our Team?
