The primary responsibiiity of this highly motivated and positive individual is to consult vvith patients and ansvver questions related to planning treatment and. payment options vvhile focusing on obtaining a high percentage of treatment acceptance from patients. The Treatment Coordinator ensures that patients receive a great experi­ence and understand fully the treatment diagnosed by the doctor.

KEY TASKS 

The requirements listed below are representative, but not all inclusive, of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability re­quired. 

1. Educating and discussing the treatment plan after diagnosed and reviewed by the clinical staff with 
   the patient.
2. Presenting treatment plans and giving estimates of treatment costs in an effective manner.
3. Tracking of all outstanding treatment plans.
4. Explain, promote and adhere to company payment policies and procedures.
5. Submitting, tracking and follow-up on prior authorizations
6. Obtaining high treatment acceptance by explaining cost of treatment, insurance coverage and finance options.
7. Solicit referrals from patients post-operatively while at the same time tracking patient satisfaction with 
   vvork provided.
8. Contact patients the day prior the day of the appointment regarding fees due and to confirm the ap­pointment
