Pediatric Dental Assistant – Little Teeth of Stratford Little Teeth of Stratford is a fun, ocean-themed pediatric dental office, and we’re looking for a Pediatric Dental Assistant to join our team. Our mission is simple: create a welcoming space where kids feel comfortable and parents feel confident in the care we provide. We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, dependable, and experienced in working with children . A positive attitude and good energy are just as important to us as clinical skills. What you’ll be doing: Assisting the dentist during pediatric procedures and making sure everything runs smoothly Helping kids feel comfortable and turning nervous visits into positive experiences Taking dental radiographs and maintaining accurate records in CareStack Talking with families about home care and answering questions Sterilizing instruments and keeping treatment areas clean and organized Pitching in with scheduling, follow-ups, and other office tasks as needed Requirements: Previous pediatric dental assisting experience required Current Infection Control (ICE) certification required Strong communication skills with children and parents Team player with a positive attitude, even in a busy office If you’ve got pediatric experience, your radiology certification, and a passion for working with kids, we’d love to meet you.
