Summary of Position: As an Orthodontic Receptionist- Bliss Expert, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding patient care and ensuring that every patient's experience is nothing short of exceptional. Qualifications/Requirements: · High school diploma · Experience is a must! Responsibilities: · Promote Orthodontist and Practice: Always promote our orthodontist and practice, ensuring a positive and welcoming environment for our patients. · Patient Care: Greet patients warmly, escort them to the treatment area, and provide genuine care and concern throughout their visit. OSHA guidelines and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. · Patient Follow-Up: Place care calls to patients after difficult appointments and update patient health history and information as needed. · Team Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, demonstrating teamwork and assisting in other areas of the office when necessary. · Marketing Activities: Participate in marketing activities to promote the health and growth of the practice, aligning with our mission of spreading positivity and creating beautiful smiles. Skills/Abilities: · Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain a cohesive team environment. · Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks while remaining calm under pressure. · Attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications · Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts and follow-up on tasks effectively.
