This is a chance for you to not only join a thriving dental practice but also to have a stake in its future success. *Opportunity in Anna, TX, flexible schedule 3-4 days/week & $200K Guaranteed Annual Compensation (at 35% of Productions) Responsibilities Provide comprehensive dental care to children with an emphasis on comfort, compassion, and clear communication. Establish and maintain a warm, welcoming, and positive environment for patients and employees. Develop individualized treatment plans that align with the best interest of each patient, addressing both immediate and long-term dental health goals. Educate children and their families about proper oral hygiene practices, diet, and preventative care to promote lifelong dental health. Utilize a variety of pediatric techniques and approaches to manage patient behavior effectively, ensuring children feel safe and relaxed during their visits. Work closely with a dedicated team of dental professionals, to create a seamless and efficient patient experience. Demonstrate a long-term commitment to the practice, its mission, and the community, with the goal of making this opportunity your professional home. Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and be a licensed in Texas. Proficiency in & passion for Pediatric Dentistry, completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program. Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with children and their families. Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture. Willingness to make a long-term commitment to the practice and our community for its growth and success.
