Position Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist with at least 1 year of clinical experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a gentle chairside manner, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children of all ages. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care for pediatric patients, including exams, cleanings, restorations, and behavior management.
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options in a clear and engaging manner.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to ensure seamless, high-quality care for every child.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with practice standards.
• Create a positive, fun, and stress-free environment for children during their dental visits.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of a Pediatric Dentistry residency program.
• Current California dental license and DEA registration.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing as a pediatric dentist (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with children and parents alike.
• Strong teamwork and patient management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
