Duties: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including dental cleanings, scaling, and root planing - Make Digital dental x-rays - Assess patients' oral health and support doctors treatment recommendations - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care measures - Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as needed - Maintain accurate patient records using electronic dental software systems (Dentrix Ascend Software) - Assist the dentist during procedures as necessary Qualifications: - Valid TN state dental hygiene license - Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program - Proficiency in using dental software systems - Knowledge of dental procedure coding - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team.
