Dental Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator – Signature Smiles of Tampa Are you an experienced receptionist or Insurance Coordinator looking for an opportunity to join a patient-focused dental team? Signature Smiles of Tampa is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to manage our insurance processes and help ensure our patients receive the best possible care. What You’ll Do: Greet and assist patients with a warm, welcoming attitude Handle patient scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits before appointments. Process and submit insurance claims accurately. Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve any insurance-related issues. Communicate with patients regarding their insurance status, coverage options, and any out-of-pocket costs. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all patient interactions. Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
