Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Exton, PA
We are a general private practice in Exton, that would like to add an experienced, motivated dental hygienist to our team either full time or part time. We are seeking a hygienist who is a team player who wants to work in a practice that feels like family. Dental Hygienist Qualifications / Skills: Promotes dental health by completing dental prophylaxis, providing oral cancer screening and radiographic studies and charting decay and disease. Maintains instrumentation for dental hygiene treatment by sharpening, sterilizing, and selecting instruments. Complete oral cancer screening; use of probes to locate periodontal disease and to assess levels of recession and bone loss. Educates patients by giving oral hygiene and plaque control instructions and postoperative instructions and providing reminders of time of next dental hygiene visit. Familiar with Eaglesoft and documenting dental hygiene services and charting in patient records. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: · State-registered Dental Hygienist · 1+ years in a dental office · Experience with Eaglesoft, Dexis or another practice management dental software type. · Xray certification We are excited to meet you and have you become a part of dental family.
