Our company is looking for bright, energetic, motivated and talented Front Desk applicants. Our front desk will be answering phones, and attending to patients. They will also be verifying insurance and sending pre-authorizations. Checking in our cases and tracking them daily as well as calling our patients to set up their appointments. Our ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-3 years experience, along with exceptional expanded duties, including but not limited to: Accurate charting and treatment sequencing, entering all treatment/clinical notes to patient dismissal. Candidate must be able to multi-task efficiently. Being Bilingual is a plus!!
