Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment according to infection control protocols. Perform medical documentation accurately using Open Dental software for patient records. Utilize 3D scanners for imaging and assist in the creation of dental models. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions. Maintain an organized and clean work area, adhering to clinic policies and procedures. Support the front office with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow as needed. Stay updated on the latest dental technologies and practices to enhance patient care. Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Certification in Dental Assisting or relevant qualifications is an advantage but not mandatory.
